Looks like the lawsuit is no more. I'm no attorney so this is jmo.

Check Entry #16 in the link from your post yesterday (#36989).

"Inasmuch as no response to the Board's order has been
received, judgment is hereby entered against applicant. The
opposition is accordingly sustained and registration to applicant
is refused."

My interpretation is Yahoo was the applicant and Cinnabar was the opposition. Jmo
