Not really what's going on. Preferred stock has to be on the 8k and can't possibly see why anyone with preferred stock would want regular stock as the company seems to be on the brink of doom!
Doesn't make sense . As far as voting rights . Maybe that way the RS is in there favor. But still unlikely .
Diluting the stock is what you see. But why so many shares ? Maybe they're paying Schott for the marketing they did while 3d icon was on there web page.?
Whatever the reason is it's no bueno! High volume falling share price .... Recipe for a flat liner ....
