dig, to the extent Lenovo wants to maintain as well as grow their business with the USG (this is known to be an objective of their US division) they would have an inherent interest in being able to provide a 'cradle to grave' supply chain certificate of health. In that sense they're like a first customer - a test bed customer - for Micron and Wave. However, this is a unique and universally important product offering that's clearly intended for a much larger public and private market, so I wouldn't be surprised to see other OEMs join the effort rather than allow Lenovo to gain much of a first mover advantage.

FWIW, I would wait for the cc before reaching conclusions about prospects for near term revenues. Engineering revenues don't provide the consistency and breadth of existing product sales, but they're still revenues that come in handy where management has decided there's good potential and demand for the product being developed.
