For a starter the Hooligans had better pressure their politicians into enforcing their nation's laws when dealing with Islamists. I've read that, in some cities, police have no presence in Muslim districts. Mullahs enforce Sharia Law. In Malmo Sweden for instance!

The beginning of the end was when the US and European countries allowed so many Muslims into their countries. A huge step toward the end is abdicating their responsibilities by allowing even a hint Sharia Law.
