This is good info if it's true. Can you post an authentic HC inspection document so we can judge for ourselves and don't just have to take your word for it. I've looked but I can't find a thing to reference what you are claiming. TIA

Why under H. Exit interview does it have a sub-header of Names and Titles of Attendees (Health Canada)? I don't think there would ever be Health Canada attendees at an independent consultant inspection. I think the only reason to have a sub header for the Health Canada attendees is because HC are the ones giving the inspection.
