There were a bunch of things wrong with that "report." Misspellings of common words, even. It was not a Health Canada document. With that said, however, there theoretically could have been a Health Canada inspection as reported in Bill's PR. We just haven't seen any HC documentation to verify that claim. Personally, I think it was just some bullshit that Bill came up with, as usual, to get some more stock sold at a better price. Bill's a liar.
