Hi dk27. Your post here was a bit after 8PM EST. Out in CA., that's 5 PM Pacific. It is very possible that Matt had left for the day and no one was there to screen your post and let it show. I would wait for tomorrow and check it out. If it does not show, then send another one. Until you are sure they take only send short ones.
This way you do not have to type as much. I imagine Matt would get into work around 11AM EST---that would be 8AM Pacific. Hang in there. Good Luck to you.
