Steponit excellent explanation and for all intents and purposes exactly that. As the prepays are made then RESERVES will be put back into the Treasury, although the OS will stay the same. Most folks don't understand that when a company increases the Authorized, any use of these shares, must first be "issued. This automatically increases the OS without even using them for anything. In this case, they were issued to Treasury and then RESERVED.

NONE of the 1 BillION, extra Authorized would be used in the open market or allowed to FREE TRADE.

I think that Avanzar also saw the potential in V-Fizz and the other related products and wanted in on the action, that is they wanted to be more than just being the distributor. It could very well be that Avanzar instigated the discussion with Minerco/L5 after seeing what they had. After all they specialize in new innovative products, and were doing just so-so until along came V-Fizz with something that really shook their tree.

Just conjecture on my part. But it would make sense.

I really would like to see more areas opening up. Nor-Cal, Florida and the east coast southern corridor, Chicago...
