If the PPS is going to pennies or nickels and then dimes, why isn't the PPS being pushed higher?

It makes no sense if anybody really believed these penny related forecasts.

Chase it up to .01- at .05 it's a 5 banger. I guess that's not a sufficient return on one's investment- ya know, since the PPS is a little above a tenth of a cent.

Load the boat up to a penny- heck, at .02 that's an awfully nice return

But that's not happening, is it?
