Then why is accumulation up? And what is the volume on the downwards action compared to the upwards rise.

the pps decline has been done on extremely low volume, the spike was on 400M in volume, so no people are not selling, this as you said is pocket change being thrown around.

Where are the owners of the 400m shares that have been accumulated? How come they are not selling?
