Does not work any longer.

When you want to clear Shares with your Broker you have to go through tons of papers. This is exactly what the SEC had in mind.

Believe me: If you would get Shares from a Company but the Company is not fully reporting, no Broker would clear your Shares, this Party is over and actually be happy, because it is in favour of the shareholders and not visa-versa.

I do not question the Business model of MYEC I just say, there will be a lot of Shares coming to the market and it will have to be absorbed, and do not Forget, based on the 4.9 Billion the capitalisation is roughly $ 200 Mio - so it is not Peanuts here.
