The Form 10 is to make the company current and compliant with reporting conditions set by the SEC. Anyone now holding more than 10% will have to file an 8K announcing their intent to sell. There is nothing new in the Form 10, many investors here will not be fooled by your attempt. Keep going short, it may work but I have lots of doudts on that. Not many pennies have buy ratings from very large brokerages or funds but this one does. I do believe the upcoming announcements will move millions of shares without problems but only time will tell. JMHO
