What goes up with LTNC must come down as it always does with this stock. What news have they got to pump with? Oh I guess you could go with raising the shares to OBE BILLION from 150 million. Or perhaps the news that the IRS has set up a payment plan because LTNC didn't pay there millions in payroll taxes.
