Just bought a small/test amount with NO problem. Just FYI

Not sure who your broker is, but I know for a fact that Etrade, Sharebuilder, and Morgan Stanley allow 'ECDC' trades with NO issues at all!

And if Etrade and Sharebuilder allow trades, then there is NO chill.

Those 2 brokerages would be 2 of the 1st ones to let you know if there was a chill... They're both well known for that. LOL
