The 10 Q is a quarterly filing and the 10 K the annual filing.
Under normal circumstances you are not issuing a 10-12G if you are reporting.
So the question is why? Does it mean, that they are not ready for the 10 Q or 10 K (I do not know when Myec's business-year Ends) to be filed and or if it is a 10K to be audited. (The 10Q does not have to be audited.
It could very well be, that they did this by request from the SEC due to the fact, that the sharestructure may not have been all that clear or by request from the Finra.
