They skirt the rules on many a junk and then some.. That is why they call naked shorting.. Hide it.. Skirt the rules, those that do it admit it. They in fact do the same as many others, they follow the text, timing and charts. The charts and text data speak volumes for both sides of the play. I nailed a play recently thanks to some of the data for a good bounce..
