gump. Are you talking about the Hedge Fund law suit?
The one where they are suing the brokers for excessive fees in not providing real shares. That one is comical. Talk about trying to turn the tables. I must admit, however frustrated I am with CMKX, we are in an interesting position. Maybe not worth the thousands I have invested but it will certainly be interesting to see how things play out.
