Mirador Consulting represents SCAM companies. Read my proof if you like.

I have research for only one scam Co. now. Could be more, who knows.

The SEC's complaints allege the following penny stock companies and individuals perpetrated the various stock schemes:

Now,..Bret Fouch , in 1991,..a 22 YR old Del Mar lifeguard & UC San Diego psychology student, had/has a friend Kerry Driscoll , a USC business student, (who now owns (VOIS)) saved Fouch the time of writing a business plan by doing it as a class project.

Harold Steven Bonenberger was chaarged for scamming investors in 2012.
Brent Fouch did the same thing , but didn't get charged, ...yet.

and still they scammed. When it was all put together & looked so good for investors to buy , stock went up & Foch /Driscoll (who now owns VOIS & others had a big stock selling party, & its still going on now.

And who does (VOIS) bring back & use to go on :Money TV" to show their scam product ? YES ! The old Del Mar lifeguard scammer Brent Fouch.

All I can say on this is , if Mirador didn't know (VOIS) was a scam then , IMO, Mirador can't be trusted at finding good honest companies to represent.
