the exact number of peopled named in the suit is irrelevant as they all used to be employees of attbf. If attbf can prove what they claim, it's a big f**k*** deal.

Seems all are included on the list that would be responsible for trying to solicit or create a competitive company using another company's IP are named. Do you think for a second that this lawsuit would have been issued without the necessary investigation prior to filing? Who did you expect to be named, The Muppets?
