I think Abattis management acted quickly in the interest of existing shareholders. They have already replaced the defected employees and based on the news, it is very likely they will get the TRO in their favour.

The revenue from Phythalabs is still intact, and will not get effected by this once they get the TRO.

Also the competitor Affinor has not yet been granted license for testing by WSLB, so far no impact except a glitch.
