Re the Study ....on brief review
Usual push back I get is as follows

1) " Post -procedural index etc ...were calculated for 30 patients in the EPA group and 32 controls" ....number to small ..would you see the same effect with at least 300 patients on EPA and 320 on control

2)They used only 1.8 gms of EPA , but in a high fish eating public ...so blood serum levels of EPA would be higher
We would want to see this run with 4gms of EPA in the US Public ...not 1.8 gms

Its certainly feasible to do this in a larger study ...theres almost 0 risk in taking 4 gms of Vascepa ..and IMHO ...if you want to change procedure here in the US , a larger trial is warranted.
