Like the Dream says..."Settlement"...


I have to believe that when a Lawyer is Pretty darn Sure he has Lost the case for the client...(a client who may Know they are in the wrong)...he will recommend settlement Before the jury "embarrases" them all...
Also to save them a Lot of $$$ in future litigation costs, penalties, and the such...

Real lawyers out there...am I Wrong in this thinking...???

Glennymo, I hope your right but what's going on in Europe tells me they wont settle.
