i would suspect in late 2011

ibm was already meeting with vivisimo (acquired 6/2012)

it takes about a year to get

deals done with IBM

they are not a fast moving company

vivisaimo sold a unlimited license to yippy

if they didn't want yippy to have it

and yippy as you stated can't pay the bill

FORECLOSE the software

why take shares

my guess is yippy had something very interesting to all parties
