Hahaha....and conversely....TDCP management perceives it as a necessary good point to DILUTE for needed finances before the end of the year!! Hmmmmmmmmm.....it is a match made in heaven....one that smells like a behind-the-scenes partnership/takeover of some kind to me.....a friendly marriage of convenience......just my conjecture.....not based on any facts other than apparent symbiosis between management and BIG BUYER!!! Guess we'll just have to wait and see until an announcement of some kind is finally made!! :) IMHO
