Patent trials aren't tried at the Delaware Chancery Court - they're
tried in federal court.

Secondly, although I'm not a lawyer, I've seen enough of these things
to not get overly confident. Even though it's a good case, there are
no guarantees.

With that being said, I'm glad that InterDigital is buying stock
aggressively at these levels.
