I see no legal way that WMIH can obtain anything that was WAMU's as there is no link that include WMIH in any chain of title to anything that WAMU/WMI owned previously.
So as for myself , IF there was some agreement the LTI WILL STAY ALIVE to all is resolved...........it is all about chain of title ,just ask JPMC
