Now, there was a PR about a new HQ this year, but it was nonspecific as to an increase in size or even location, which indicates to me it will be a smaller space if not a spare bedroom in Ryan Scahdel's home.

This coming from the source that tells you to do your due diligence but the 10Q is meaningless!!!

I guess if we followed our own advice we would have seen the following:
