I just have a sinking feeling that the news is coming next week game has started and while it will eventually come (no one knows how many weeks), they said they we're excited to provide updates in the weeks to come in their lasr PR that was 4 months ago.

It's either great news or an RS after big dilution. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but XUII is too fresh on my mind and they seemingly had a real product as well.
