It could be, but I doubt it. Too much board activity. New mods. This reminds me of the run that occurred in 2013 from .20 to .80, but there wasn't nearly the hype over "52 week low" as if 52 week low comes even close to describing plunging through the previous .20 floor down to .02. When the rebound happens it will be impressive and the inevitable correction to reality will be even more impressive.
