Their reorganization plan is due either the 25th or the 30th one of those dates, and while there are cases where Chapter 11 wipes out shareholders GTAT has already expressed their wishes to get the PPS back up to ease the worry of shareholders and this was done post-filing for Chap 11. So IMHO it's clear they're not wiping anyone out.
Someone with a bit more experience can give a much better explanation than I, but again IMHO I'm not worried at all.
