I don't have any corporate finance experience, but I really do not care about that. All I care about is a Reverse Split not taking us down. I actually think my idea of mini reverses over time with buy backs is a good one and if possible, would keep the price up and not let it go down big like it would after a Huge Reverse Split at one time. Thanks for you comments though. You seem to know a lot and make thoughtful contribution to discussion of the company and stock situation.
I guess maybe they could figure another way to get the share structure under control so they could get to a higher exchange, but all I have seen on the OTC BB/Pinky Ville is the dreaded Reverse Split, so my view must be a bit tainted from suffering.
