Thats my point of why the bank would not take shares for collateral. They could not risk the pps going down. What it is worth today could be cut in half, to risky.
Any lending officer at a bank who received this proposal (penny share collateral from dozens/hundreds of holders) would die from laughter before the proper approvals were in place ;-)
