I agree. And get fired for making the loan. Nothing against LBSR. That banker might not laugh if given, say, an hour presentation on mining and ZTEM and LBSR's claims. But then he/she would shake hands and say "sounds promising, best of luck."

OK, so as not to sound like I am down on LBSR...I still predict that in the coming years, that entire area of Arizona is going to be world-renowned (again) for copper mining and maybe more--like REEs. And LBSR will be right there in the center of it all, unless the company is bought out by a bigger entity.
