Are you really suggesting that he is an alpha salesman? He have had a year of cargo approval and what he had accomplished? You know, in sales, you are not given too many opportunities. Or you delivery, or you walk out the door. You outperform, you make a ton of money, you do what Jones have done so far, you don't get paid enough money to pay for the coffee. The best managers and salesman I have met are those who got no name, and had to demonstrate their value Today. IMSC has the best product and the worst sales team. No doubt about it!

I respect your opinion but fully disagree. No one is saying anything negative about the product and no one will for the foreseeable future. However, he is an incapable individual with lots promises and very little execution to say the least. Good luck to you as well as we need a lot of it with Jones at the helm of sales!

I see your new to posting here but I think you have hit it exaclly correct, I agree that Dr. Jones was and is the perfect person for the position he currently holds. Not only does he know Morphos product inside and out he knows Smiths just as well, after all it was his only competition for all those years.
For about a year they have been cargo qualified with some sales to show for it, now they are completely qualified for about a month and a half with some sales to show for it. This industry is very competitive, some might even call it cutthroat, there are several reminders just how much so i.e.
a sale to 19 airports in central America that were protested by a competitor(s), the removal of the footnote stating the QS-B220 was exempt from NRC testing because it contained no nuclear material,
I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Dr. Jones with his current sales staff have been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in worldwide ETD sales over the last 5-10 years, let them do their job, they are only now on a level playing field.
