Colorado has MJ legalized…..father has land………take a SHOT at it

I'm not so sure he even owns that land described for the facility yet.

It seemed conditional on getting that STATE license that GRO PRO Systems would even buy it.

The land is listed under a different name - Gifford Trust. and one of the lots on the same BLOCK was listed under a different name and has a house on it.
The whole 7800 block appears to be slightly less than 5 acres.
