Besides, Salida is WAY OUT OF THE WAY for customer traffic……….150 rough miles from Denver………..nearest major is Alamosa ( 80 miles, 10,000 people)

Smeltertown is typical forgotten rural mining and grunge pit leftover……AND there were 2 OTHER MMJ license in the area, one EXISTING business that were approved…………...

I visit Salida a few times each year, know the layout, perfect for a small biz,,,NOTHING capable of sustaining $12M in "management" revenues……
