I'm guessing more than a few TAs have been involved in shady share trafficking. Isn't NTEKs TA being sued?

When a TA has hundreds of clients, do you think they really look at regular issuers to determine if they ever were shell companies or are delinquent? Or do they just verify the opinion and remove the restrictive legend?

That is the problem with gate keepers, they don't do their respective jobs.
