hotmeat, IMHO, you are exactly correct because one can not have filed bankruptcy, zero out all of equity and on the same hand discuss mega-billions in assets.
There are crimes associated with that behavior and it made the Judge very mad. Because first he brought it to her attention and then second it would appear that she would be presiding over aiding and abetting the crime of bankruptcy fraud....yeah, I would have been peeved also.
