Tax breaks??? Did he give you details on that??? Lol, what the heck is he talking about??? How does the issuance of shares give them "better tax breaks?" That's the kind of answer that drives me nuts - and not from you, the messenger, but from the source. They're carrying NOL's - what "tax savings" can they possibly have? You save on taxes when you have income (not losses) to tax. If he didn't provide details to you about it in layperson's language and it can be done that way, how are you supposed to be able to analyze if it's the right decision for you to agree with mgmt? Ahhh, just throw the "tax" angle at them - they'll give up once you mention the word, "taxes." Ohhhhh, DON'T - GET - ME - STARTED!!!
More importantly, what did you think of the ASHM? With your background, you see a lot of things others can't. What was your opinion of the ASHM? What was your opinion of the machine?
