If you look back, you will see that the previous business failed which resulted in the R/S. They then bought Carmela's Pizza which effectively reversed into the business. No shares have been sold at 1s and very little at 2s so i can only guess that info is from the previous model too.
You are right though that the AS has now been increased. I'm presuming we are just about to find out the reason. Any sensible trader/investor is interested to see the impending news
