I saw a 2.1 million for 1 reverse split recently by a company that then went private. They got rid of shareholders by reversing them down. Clearly, they looked on their shareholder list and figured out what their threshold was and got rid of anyone with 2.1 million shares or less. This was probably an FU to the SEC about the 2,000 shareholders to go dark. But they got away with it.

More than one way to get around securities rules and regulations, and that was one of them.

Congress is full of a bunch of idiots. They created this sewer.
