My understanding is TD will not even take a phone order for a DTC chill stock. That is why I was asking........ Someone with TD needs to call and see if there is a DTC Chill on it. I am thinking that they could have had it removed. Believe it or not removing the DTC Chill is one of the first steps for the new owners. Has nothing to do with SEC or OTC filings. DTC is its own beast as it is privately controlled and makes up its own rules. Literally.
