why is sNDA in limbo? A few possibilities:

1) They are freezing Amarin from filing any 1st Amendment complaints
- Probability 99%

2) they decided to do what they do best, delay decision until interim thus making sNDA issue moot - Probability 95%

3) They want to be sure SPA appeals are over before screwing Amarin further with a CRL - Probability 90%

4) They are trying to build consensus on a modified Anchor indication (e.g Diabetics with dyslipidemia )- Probability .00001

5) They completely forgot there was an sNDA to decide on, and asked; "is that Amarin compnay still in business" ?
