Another possibility is Ron waits until all of us panic sell GPSI into $0.001 or $0.0001 and he happily scooped it up cheap to own GPSI almost entirely, then drop the audited FINS to explode GPSI PPS before selling for fortune...

May be, Ron and gang are already buying GPSI on the dips these days which is why he is keeping no news on GPSI and get all us depressed...

BTW the good things is GPSI PPS is hovering about $0.20 despite no news... So let's keep GPSI half-dead at this level to kill above possibility for Ron...

Anybody wants GPSI will NOT buy it cheap since GPSI is a real company with real revenue and contracts...

In my opinion the only way the officers and insiders can get "rich" will be through stock appreciation, their common stock that is the same as ours.
If they had plans to go private I don't think for a second they would have gone through the expense of a name change and reverse split. It would not make any sense. INFORMATION WILL BE COMING WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT.
