As you mentioned, that could be why they keep tight GPSI shares count.
Currently, GPSI revenue needs to serve these debts and Ron did not look young to us anymore...
As GPSI debt reduces and net profit/loss increases, shares appreciation can bring >10-20x return instead of straight from GPSI cash which they need to serve debts and GPSI operation anyway.
Even if someone else helped Ron takes GPSI private, this person will then be the true GPSI owner instead of Ron which at the moment, Ron is... BTW, with GPSI pathetic PPS, Ron will be handing over GPSI to that new owner Super Cheap Deal..
Above is my personal opinion only and if I am Ron, an audited FINS after all these aggressive expansion and revenue growth can appreciate GPSI PPS >20x over followed by the selling for deserving $$$..
