Captain Bob: Thank you for reporting your astute observations made at the trial. Your statement relative to the complexity of the evidence being thrown at the jurors certainly lends credence to what you wrote........that: "My guess is whatever decision the jury makes will be based more on who comes across as honest and believable and less on the evidence."

In simplistic terms I tried to say something similar in my Post #390789 last night; but your statement "LESS ON THE EVIDENCE" sez it all. Not surprisingly, your observations and statement exactly mirrors what occurred during the Motorola Trial!
