I find it quite humorous that he inferred that the poster said something untrue and yet it wasnt untrue as it was as it was presented in his own disclosure. The details provided here are nowhere to be found in the disclosure provided.
But what is even better is the disclosure of a third party with "SUBSTANTIAL" unrestricted shares, can anyone point to this disclosure in the currently provided materials by Rich? Can someone show me where and how these shares were supposedly exempted from registration legally?
Such a SUBSTANTIAL holding is required to be disclosed, as to how SUBSTANTIAL really brings up the question of "beneficial ownership". See what Rich has in fact done is in fact show how much of an idiot he is, he should shut his mouth really and go try to run a company as he is "acting" like he is doing.
