For the tenth time, that's not true Jay.... and you know it. There has not been an injunction against the defendants utilizing their patents.

So, you're saying that the news release about tmm BEING SUED from just two weeks ago is old news and the 6 month old TOTAL FLUFF PR from tmm about RTN that you repost several times a day is new news? Even when the tmm president says its been 17 months with no progress on that "project"? And when after all those 17 months RTN has yet to say one single word to confirm there is even anything going on with tmm and when you call them they HAVE NO IDEA WHO tmm EVEN IS?
