Hurd and Elton subject to personal jurisdiction in Nevada!!.LLOLs They were independent contractors for Dimension, a Nevada Corporation, with regular communication with agents of Dimension Defendants,including Larry Panik and Bruce Hoyt,while working for ISI in the 1990s and 2000s.

Lets throw Carlos Diaz Perez into the mix as well, as he is also listed as one of the inventors on the patents in question!!.

Finally, the Defendants have had their patent(s) for over 22 months and still can't use them today!!.
