Good question. I can't imagine how they'll dump the shares. After all, the point of the settlement is for them to recover the money they're owed. Maybe the plan is to get the judge to sign off on the settlement, issue the shares, and then do a big reverse split? That would give the creditors a brief window into which they could sell.
